This page summarizes the enrollment terms for the cohort. Applying is free and doesn't commit you to anything — if you're accepted, you'll sign the full Enrollment Agreement (via DocuSign) before paying tuition, and that signed agreement is what governs.
Keysoft LLC ("Keysoft," "we," "us") provides a live, three-week cohort (August 31 – September 18, 2026) that prepares you for the Claude Certified Associate – Foundations (CCAO-F) exam — live sessions, labs, practice challenges, office hours, and supporting materials. No coding experience is required or taught. Schedule, content, instructors, and format may be adjusted at Keysoft's reasonable discretion.
Applying is free. If you're accepted, tuition is $395 USD — or $296 if you previously paid for the Claude Foundations workshop (your $99 credited) — invoiced through Stripe. Your seat is confirmed only when the Enrollment Agreement is signed and payment is received.
You may cancel for any reason within three (3) calendar days of signing the Enrollment Agreement, by emailing claude@keysoft.tech, for a full refund. After that, tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable — including if you miss sessions, don't complete the Program, don't sit or don't pass the exam, or are dissatisfied. Every session is recorded, so you always get the replays. If Keysoft cancels the Program before it begins, your sole and exclusive remedy is a full refund.
The CCAO-F exam is created, administered, and scored by Anthropic and delivered by Pearson VUE — not Keysoft. You register for it yourself through the Anthropic Partner Academy and schedule with Pearson VUE, and it carries a separate fee of approximately $99 USD paid at registration. The exam is proctored and governed by Anthropic's and Pearson VUE's own terms, identification rules, and scheduling policies. Keysoft doesn't control the exam — its content, availability, scheduling, results, or certification — and isn't responsible for any of them.
The Program is educational preparation only. Keysoft doesn't guarantee that you'll pass the exam, earn any certification, or obtain any job, engagement, or income. Keysoft's Claude consulting bench is associated with its separate Architect (CCAR-F) track and is not part of this Program.
You're responsible for your own equipment, internet access, and software — including an active Claude Pro subscription (about $20/month, paid directly to Anthropic), which the hands-on work requires — and for complying with Anthropic's terms of service.
All Program materials (recordings, slides, documents, exercises, prompts) are Keysoft's property, licensed to you for your own learning only. Don't share, republish, resell, or use them to build competing training. The private cohort community and other participants' contributions are confidential.
Live sessions may be recorded for educational use, and by participating you consent to being recorded. You also grant Keysoft permission to use your name, likeness, and any testimonials or work you share in its marketing; you can opt out of public-facing marketing use anytime by emailing claude@keysoft.tech.
Be professional and respectful. Keysoft may remove participants for disruptive, abusive, or dishonest conduct, or breach of the Enrollment Agreement, without refund.
The full Enrollment Agreement includes the complete terms — including disclaimers of warranties, a limitation of liability capped at tuition paid, indemnification, and Georgia governing law with binding arbitration (AAA, Fayette County, GA) and jury/class-action waivers. You'll receive it to review and sign if you're accepted; email claude@keysoft.tech anytime for a copy.
