Keysoft LLC ("Keysoft," "we," "us") provides a live, hands-on, half-day workshop (about three hours, recorded), plus an optional follow-up office hour. It is an introductory, no-coding program to help you get productive with Claude. Schedule, content, instructors, and format may be adjusted at Keysoft's reasonable discretion.
Tuition is $99 USD, paid through Stripe. Your spot is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
Because seats are limited and the Workshop is live, all tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable once paid — including if you cannot attend, do not complete it, or are dissatisfied. Every session is recorded, so you will receive the replay. If Keysoft cancels the Workshop before it runs, your sole and exclusive remedy is a full refund.
The Workshop requires your own Claude Pro account (about $20/month, paid directly to Anthropic) and a computer with internet access. You are responsible for your own equipment, accounts, and any usage costs, and for complying with Anthropic's terms of service and all applicable laws.
The Workshop is educational only. Keysoft makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty of any particular result, skill level, certification, or professional or financial outcome. Your results depend on your own effort and factors outside Keysoft's control.
All Workshop content — recordings, slides, exercises, and other materials (the "Materials") — is the property of Keysoft (or its licensors). Keysoft grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Materials for your own learning only. You may not share, distribute, publish, sell, or sublicense the Materials; record the live sessions yourself; or use the Materials to build or assist any competing course or program. These restrictions survive the Workshop.
Live sessions may be recorded by Keysoft for educational use, and by participating you consent to being recorded. You also grant Keysoft permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and any testimonials or work you share during the Workshop in Keysoft's marketing and promotional materials, in any media, without compensation. You may opt out of public-facing marketing use at any time by emailing claude@keysoft.tech; opting out does not affect internal session recordings.
You agree to participate professionally and respectfully. Keysoft may remove you from the Workshop for conduct that is disruptive, abusive, or dishonest, without refund.
The Workshop and Materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keysoft's total liability arising out of or relating to the Workshop will not exceed the tuition you actually paid ($99). Keysoft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought on an individual basis; either party may bring a qualifying claim in a small-claims court that has jurisdiction.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Keysoft regarding the Workshop and supersede any prior understandings. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You accept these Terms electronically by checking the agreement box at registration and/or by paying the tuition, and you agree that this acceptance is binding.
